Return Policy

At curated MOMMA, each piece is thoughtfully selected in limited quantities. To maintain the quality, hygiene, and safety standards expected of a premium maternity boutique, please review our return guidelines below.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  2. Free from deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, residue, pet hair, or any signs of wear

  3. In the original packaging with all hangtags attached

  4. In re-sellable condition

  5. Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.


Return Type — Store Credit or Exchange Only

curated MOMMA offers exchange or store credit only for eligible returns. Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes inspection. Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be used in store or online. No cash or card refunds are issued.


Quality & Hygiene Standard

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality or hygiene standards, or that fall outside of normal return use. This approach is consistent with premium maternity and specialty apparel practices.


Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and boutique standards, the following items are final sale (no exceptions):

Nurturing + Self-Care Items

  1. Body and belly oils

  2. Balms, butters, and creams

  3. Bath soaks, salts, and oils

  4. Perineal and puri bottles

  5. Sprays, mists, and serums

  6. Postpartum recovery products

  7. Any item with a pump, dropper, seal, or applicator

  8. Any product intended for body application

Apparel & Intimates

  1. Hosiery

  2. Nursing and nurturing apparel (nursing bras, underwear, shapewear, pumping apparel, breast pads)

  3. Swimwear

Footwear

  1. All footwear styles (slides, slippers, compression socks, boots)

Accessories

  1. Jewelry

  2. Purses and handbags

  3. Sunglasses

  4. Hair accessories, hats, scarves, belts

  5. Any accessory that can be tried on or handled extensively

Other Final Sale Items

  1. Gift cards

  2. Sale or promotional merchandise

  3. Items purchased with discounts of 15% or more


Shipping & Fees

  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. For exchanges, customers cover both return and re-shipping costs.


Online Returns

Customers must contact us prior to mailing an item back so we can confirm eligibility. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
